I have access to the email for my Account Jay246
However after waiting a day or so for the email to come it has not came.
My only other options would be to change the email on the account and hopefully it will send it to that. Please Help

@Kane you misunderstood. I dont have access to jay246 i only have access to my email. I tried ressting pass but it wont send anything to my email
check all folders, junk etc etc
@Chels I did every single folder but it isnt there. Ive been waiting since yesterday for it to come

Check spelling of your email for errors.
Look im 16, i know how to spell its not a problem on my end its clearly a bug within the hotel itself. Which is why i need @Kane because he will know what to do. Like changing the email on the account for example
