Reason for the ban : Accused of Scamming

The link doesn't even work.

I know Owen previously declined my appeal and Chelsea voiced her opinion on it as well,
But I just don't understand how a ban that was a year ago or more be upheld without evidence + the member who assigned this so called "scamming accusation" is not a part of the staff team.

Again if there's evidence on me then fine I deserve to be banned I can admit my own mistakes.
But I don't see anything and nor do I see the person who banned me defending himself.

Again I'd like to be able to even start fresh on a new account, just remove the IP ban and leave all other accounts locked I don't care ...
