Regarding Command - Forcestate ID

Hi all,

Does anyone know how this command, ':fs stateid' works?

From the description in the command table, it says I can make the next item I place a certain state.

I don't really know what it means by that and thus I'm not too sure what to key to make it work.

Someone please help

Hi,

Yes, the command ':fs stateid' does work.

Okay so for example, the builder blocks you can easily adjust the height with this command rather than clicking a million times.

There are different numbers which correlate to each height respectively. You just need to use trial and error for each heigh and see which one is most suitable for your needs.

Most people use ;fs 3 for the builder blocks, as that height is most appropriate for their rooms. However, you can change it to whatever you desire..

To change it, just say the command ': fs number' and click ( 'use' ) on the furni. It is quite simple, you will get the hang of it

Ah I see!! I had thought that :fs stateid functions differently from :fh (height) in that you can rotate the furni you put down or something else. I've always been using :fh (height)
