Include username of the staff that added the ban : Chels

Expiry date : 2030

Email of the account in question : Prefer not to say

Reason for the ban : Scam

Why the ban should be lifted? : I have a number of conditions which make me panic, I panicked and left. When chels mentioned it i said I would pay back and i will pay back. But i got nervous in the first case and very scared due to a few conditions which i have and i am sorry
