Why the ban should be lifted? : I like going on fresh hotel mostly because they have some fun rares on their. Unfortunately when I logged In I see that I have been banned for 11 years I did not know why. The previous time when I was banned because I said loser. I must have gotten a little carried away and forgot the rules. I really like playing the game and getting to hangout with my other friends on their. I would really like to be unbanned so that way I can continue to play the game.

Also why are you only just appealing when the ban was 04/09/2017 ?
