I got banned and I don't know why

hi, my fresh username is jcpgirl01 and I haven't been on fresh for a couple of weeks, and I come on to find myself banned. And the reason for the ban was "ban on sight" which I do not understand. If you could help me out it would be most appreciated thanks, Jcpgirl01 (Jade).
