Can't verify email

My account says "You are banned from trading until you verify your account."
On the verify page it tells me my email is invalid or im blackisted.
My email is fine so i must be blacklisted. Can anyone explain why or who to be removed from the blacklist?

I two am having the same issue with getting a confirmation for just trying to talk on the client. I am using Gmail as my email.

make sure your opening you emails on the very same browser as fresh is open

And also make sure when you click verify email you click the button that says send email verification
