Reason for the ban : threats.

Why the ban should be lifted? : I was messing around with him trolling him, And then he turned around and ip banned me. I was trying to joke with him winding him up but i guess i took it abit too far, and upset him. I would love to be unip banned but if not i understand. thanks.
