My V.I.P is weird?

Hello everyone!
I was told to come to the forum to report that something is amiss on my account.
When I first Joined Fresh I bought Ultra V.I.P priced at £5.00 then I went onto buy Emerald V.I.P for £35.00

Now I no longer have anything apart from the Ultra V.I.P badge and the Emerald V.I.P badge, But now I have the Crystal V.I.P badge and have all the commands but I can't access the catalog that goes with the rank?

When I click crystal V.I.P page it says I do not have the required rank to view this page or something along those lines anyway what I was getting at was the fact that I have spent £40.00 Which by all means is a decent amount of money for something that's free.

Anyway away from that I just thought I'd report this bug / mistake on the forum. All my commands work including the new VIP ones so I would assume that I should be high enough rank/level to open the catalog pages.
