It has come to my attention lately that many of you are not granted the opportunity to be able to talk to one another in game due to people not knowing how to verify their emails. However, I have received many CFHs in a short period of time about the verification system not working for many people.

The link above will provide you with step-by-step instructions for Outlook and Gmail verifications. You should be fine with these steps.

If you are still facing problems with regards to verifying your account, please contact us once more and we will investigate the problem further.

Do not refrain from asking one of the staff members (like myself) in-game if you are stuck with one of the steps in the above link. Like I said, still facing problems - contact us. Otherwise, those steps should work for everyone as they have in the past. Previous staff members have checked that it works and it's fine.
