Hi , may I ask if there is any difference in terms of commands and catalogue between events staff and moderator ?
Events Staff: They have access to the ':eha' command, which alerts the hotel that there is an ongoing Staff Event.
They have access to the VIP Catalogues, and some higher ranked staff may help out with prizes too.
Moderator: They have access to the ':ipban <username>' command, which is self explanatory... it bans the said user.
Moderators also have access to in-game Moderation tools, and Housekeeping.
Housekeeping is used to view users chatlogs, users alternative accounts (clones) and to manage their bans.
Moderation tools is used in-game to handle all tickets (when a user is reported) and room tools. Room tools can kick everyone out of the room and lock it, if the room isn't acceptable to the Hotel's rules. Though, this isn't used very often, as we like people to express themselves.
