Issues Regarding Spam Bans

Hello! My name is Angelique24 and I'm a part of the new White House on Fresh. Recently, our members have been getting bans for spamming while they are training cadets. Now, I'm not 100% on how Fresh works but I don't believe they should be getting auto-banned for spamming while they are just copying and pasting a script (not repeating the same line over and over again, which is how I define spamming, once again I don't know how Fresh works so this is just my own opinion). It's getting to the point now that we're having at least 1-2 people banned a day for training, so I was hoping I could speak to a member of the staff (I was directed to speak to Kane by a mod but anyone who can handle this would be appreciated) and try to figure out what exactly in the script is triggering the bans so I can work to correct it and avoid it in the future.

Hi Angel,

Since I work at the White House, I was gonna recommend that any trainer that is caught by spam can ask in White House Discord to be unbanned which can then be relayed to a moderator to ask them to unban the trainer, this way we can still catch the people who love to spam and keep our trainers safe. Nonetheless since Kane’s input is much needed in this matter. We will have to wait for Kane’s reply.
