Dear Respected Fresh Hotel Team, I am writing this on behalf of my account 'Jarzstar' that I believe was unjustly banned. Let me start from the beginning. I created a duplicate of Mcdonalds and numerous newcomers entered the room including one of the username that begins with 'shook', I do not recall the entire username. This user 'shook' began to start a scene with my guests, causing many confrontations with strangers for no utter reason. He expressed many homophobic remarks towards individuals whom had peacefully minded their own business, also voicing vulgar language while doing so. I had gotten numerous complaints to remove this individual, but I decided not to do so just yet as I wanted to hear him out and possibly give him a chance to redeem himself. I asked him if there was anything we can do for him to stop acting this way but he rudely declined while continuing to insult my guests. I believe this man had carried a lot of hate in his heart. I then asked him if a ban was just for his actions. He replied stating he didn't care if he was banned but with a follow-up question asking if I was staff. I replied "Yes I am apart of the staff, and I will ban you from my McDonalds if you don't behave yourself." Now I can see the misunderstanding from the Fresh Hotel Staff, as I too would misinterpret the wording. When I stated to 'shook' that I am staff, I meant I am apart of the McDonalds staff, informing him that I have room rights to ban him from my McDonalds. I did not intend for him or anyone else to believe that I was declaring myself as a honorable staff member of Fresh Hotel. In the past I have always used the word 'staff' for my employees as it is a normal reference I use when I call for employee "staff" meetings. I was prepared to ban this 'shook' character from my McDonalds but unfortunately I was banned myself from the Fresh Servers before I was able to do so. I believe the banning of my account was a simple misunderstanding and I completely understand why I am to blame for using such indistinguishable wording, as I should've been more specific to say I am the McDonalds owner than being vague and stating I am apart of the staff (of McDonalds). I do not wish to pose as a Fresh Hotel Staff Member nor do I wish to bring any harm upon the hotel. I hope that you read the information I have brought forth and reconsider my fate on Fresh Hotel. Thank you so much for your time and consideration Fresh Hotel Staff.
