Ban Appeal

Hi I think my home IP address is banned, my cousin used my pc his username is flumzy I think and he was the one using his own account and he got banned. Then I tried to log in my account which is Purry, and I couldn't do it even with other devices, this was not my fault and I think It should be lifted. I'm using a hotels wi-fi right now. Well that's not fair at all and it isn't valid at all. You could've just banned my cousin's account, you didn't have to ban my IP. And I didn't see any IP ban on the page telling all about bans and the actions given to certain cases, there is no IP ban included under the advertising or spamming section it says that it's only going to be banned for a short time,but again, no IP ban.

My cousin said at first it was only a 24 hour ban then checked it an hpir later and it was already banned for 11 years and IP address was already banned.

So does this mean I won't be able to play fresh again jist because of that?? I love fresh hotel and I don't I should also suffer the consequences for what my cousin did, Please lift the IP ban, I promise that this will never happen again and if it does, then you can ban my IP for whatever period of time you'd like.

Fresh Rules clearly state that advertising another hotel results in a Permanent IP Ban.
