Reason for the ban : hacked ??

Why the ban should be lifted? : I haven't logged on for a while, and haven't been active around Fresh, I have no idea what I was banned for. Also, why the ban should be lifted is that I have spent quite a good amount of money to donate Fresh Hotel.
