I just came back from inactivity, years ago. What will happen to my Emerald VIP? Does it still have a purpose?

VIP Ranks were changed, it's now

Bronze VIP
Silver VIP
Gold VIP
Diamond VIP
Ruby VIP

Emerald no longer has a purpose.

So what will happen to it? Am I not getting a refund for what I spent for it or any replacement?
