If you lag when trying to pick something up we advise you empty your inventory. To do this type ":emptyitems", but this will remove all the items in your inventory. Hence we advise you to put any valuable items in your room(s). From doing so, you can press CTRL and click a furni to pick it up. If this is still causing inconvenience to you, type :fh (high value depending on how high you want the furni to go), and put it on an unused area. When done with using the command, type "fh -1" to reset the height forcer.
