Account not logging in - reset password
I recently tried to come back to Fresh after multiple years on break. Every time I logged into Fresh before, I had an email from 2015 starred in my inbox from resetting my password back then that had my password. Upon putting in my details today, I wasn't able to login into my account. I reset my password again multiple times, but I still can't access my account.
I know my account still exists on the server, because the email I received contained my username in it as well. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Could you please provide your username and email registered to that account. Also the IP Address linked to that account whereas possible. Thank you.
