Hello. My acount seems to be muted and I cant enter or create a room. Im not sure why.
Hi. You are either using a VPN or you are banned on another account which keeps you on the hotel view. What is your username?
Acount name. JeromeSvart. Not using a vpn. I was able to play two days ago, but yesterday I can get into the hotel,but not enter any room or chat with anyone.
Disable any add-ons on your browser, and try a different browser with no-add ons. If that doesn't work then @Kane shall deal with your situation.
Well I have tried both now. Disabling all add-ons I can on chrome doesnt worker. and Microsoft edge with no add-ons dont seem to work either.
Sounds like a machine ban to me.
So what does this mean? Im not sure why I would have been banned.and is there any way to get unbanned?
Do you have any other accounts? Any banned previously as the only way to check your issue would be to come clean on any previous account bans
I do have more acounts. But I dont think any of them are banned either. would you like me to list them?
Well I have now checked all my accounts,on my profile none of them are banned.Not sure what more to do
