[Resolved] Resetting password

Hello!I'm trying to reset my password for my account "Cj". When I enter my username and email, it says the email has been sent.. but it's not actually reaching me. I've checked junk folders as well.

please email [email protected] with your account names, email, last country of login, last used internet provider name.
