Diamond VIP Problem

Hi Guys,
I have the Diamond VIP rank, yet, I am unable to use the VIP sections in the catalogue? Maybe a bug or something? My user page says that I am a Diamond VIP, but obviously catalogue won't let me use the VIP section for Diamond or the one before?
