What happend to all my items

A while ago i spent alot of time searching and trading for rare items such as blue fountains, sky dragon eggs, black dragons and many others i remeber having over 300 sky eggs and atleast 100 blue fountains. and when i recently logged on they were all gone. is this just a temporary bug if so is there a way to fix it?
