Issues connecting to Client

I am having issues connecting to the client. My internet is working fine with everything else, I have tried my other account for Fresh Hotel. Also that is not working, I am confused at this problem as I have not had this before. Seeking advice and probably a Admin or Hotel Manager to look into this. Thankyou!

PM divide on forum he will sort your accounts so you can play again without any error

Ask a forum staff/admin to deal with this problem because there are a few other users with the same occurring situation.

If it is in fact a bug, the staff members will get to it immediately
