Hello, on the 19th/march/2015 i purchased a few rares on the rare shop. I recieved half of the rares that were purchased in one of my rooms that was created by staff.
But did not receive the other half, i was left with a message on "my page" from "Kane" saying i will receive the rest next time i am online via trade... I have been online multiple times since the 19th of march and still have not received the rest of my purchased rares.
I do believe fresh staff do need a more reliable system to guarantee efficiency and accuracy on rares being received when they are expected.
I have both my invoice, and message from "Kane" saying what i am owed, i can email or facebook these screenshots to staff, i believe i have attached them in this message (noot 100% on how to use this)
