What's the deal with Faceless Roleplay rooms?

I have recently become peeved over these Faceless roleplay rooms that people seem to eat up more than fast food junkies at a McDonalds, because when I decide to roleplay in a room either or all:

1) The people aren't even properly roleplaying, they use some strange RP talk chat that I have never seen in my almost 6 or 7 years of playing Roleplay servers on various games. Does anyone even know what Roleplay IS anymore?

2) The owners kick you over LITERALLY nothing. I was in this one room TRYING to enjoy myself, stuffing my no-face with lots of cool confections from around the room and mingling with the folk when the owner kicks me. I come back, ask for the reason, she replies with a, "Your a noob" (sic) and bans me. WTF

3) The rooms are SO poorly designed. Most of the time it is just a bunch of dividers and beds and different house parts placed into very obnoxious locations. Do people enjoy hanging out in these messes?


I have recently tried to make my own RP room, out of my homeroom:

People come in, stand in the doorway, and leave after a few seconds or up to a minute. I had this one rare occasion where someone did come in and sit, and I engaged in a conversation to which I was greeted with "<_<" and then she left. It is probably because they are bored, but if they actually stick around the room would fill up more.

The real question is what's up with these "Celebrity Meet & Greets" ... ha... I find them to be really creepy.

This is a BIG problem. I go to KTU rooms with my friends all the time and I'm always the first to get booted. My character looks way better than any other user, but I'm the only person in the game with a face. It's really annoying.

Faceless in general is just stupid, if you're faceless irl, then you must have been in a house fire to have lost that many features in your face.

I doubt anyone in-game is faceless because they're faceless in real life. Like people don't choose to not wear shoes in-game because they don't wear shoes in real life. I don't wear shoes in-game because I think the selection of shoes look too bulky.

Personally, I like faceless because I think it looks better with other head accessories and features. I think head accessories and a face looks too busy with such a small avatar. That's my opinion and I understand if people disagree.

I can't stand faceless roleplays. The way they build it is just ugly, and it just seems weird to not have a face. I don't see why they do that -;'Apostrophes'Between'Every'Sentence'With'A'Weird' Pattern'At'The'Sides';- thing, it just takes up time. When I do an RP I don't let any faceless people in.

It's basically the "chubbeh vs. flatteh" fad only worse.
