Fresh Hotel is not illegal. It infringes upon the copyright of another game, Habbo Hotel. If Sulake Corp wish to take legal actions against Fresh Hotel it is then considered illegal.
Till Fresh Hotel receives a letter from Sulake stating that they do not like what we are doing Fresh Hotel will continue to operate as usual.
