Everytime i log on to fresh it says theres like over 1,000 people on but when i press Enter hotel it just has a blank black screen its been like this for over 2 days now PLEASE HELP ME!

Go to history, and clear browsing data. You'll find your way there.

what you need to do is change browser to mozilla\internet explorer( IE) and log into it and change password from one of them browser, then you should be allright logging into ur account with google chrome.
