What happened?
We was betting he won I went to pay him and then asked could I see the item we was betting if he had it.
After realising he wouldn't be paid erless he showed me the item he said let me go get.
I waited for about a minute and realised he was taking a long time.
I then followed him and found him begging suhel for a frost dragon throne the same item we was betting therefore providing me evidence that he didn't have the item we was betting.

Why I want action taking against him?
So that he wont go around scamming other users and taking there furniture.
