your not getting your items back and to be honest i don't even think he will lose 30% of his furniture seeing you dont have video of the actual bet, and him holding ur items.

Agreed, Usually when betting in casinos your items are most likely going to be refunded if he was holding bet, if not it usually concludes with the scammer receiving a Ban. In Future make sure the person can show you the bet.
