Various Users: Bullying + Spamming

I feel that these are the kind of people that are a massive let down to Fresh. It was not possible for me to kick them as they were morphed into animals. They managed to retrieve our passcode and enter our base. I tried to kick them out using our very handy kick chair but they just kept returning. They were certainly not the kind of people who you would ask to leave in a polite manner because they could just say hurtful things to you. As I was the only one present with Room Rights, they decided to verbally abuse me. Their words did affect me and my workers and people who tried to make them stop. I had no clue of what to do so I just stood there silently reading their hurtful words. I did infact report them multiple times and I told the room owner about it. But only after 10 minutes, MrBrasi (Room owner) came along and saved the day, by kicking them. They kept coming back. I don't know when Dan (staff) entered the room but he was there and kicked them. Again, they came back. I would just like these kind of users to have their IP banned. They are ruining our fun. Therefore, their fun should be ruined too (only for a little while). Players, or anyone does not deserve to be treated in a way that my agency is being treated.

Hi There Libidinous, I'd like to give you my opinion and help you out in everyway i can, Fresh is a Hotel where yes you may come across scammers/bullies/spammers but just keep in mind things like that don't get people banned these days, unless it is been said towards someone who has a rank in the hotel e.g (MOD/Admin/Trial MODS/Senior MODS and etc.. Just kick them out of room or Simply Ignore them , By Clicking on them and then Ignore. I Hope this helped you and hopefully You can be helped ! Good Luck & Enjoy Fresh While your at it !
