Hi, I been with fresh hotel since 2012 and in the past i had about 100 thrones and then one day i logged in and they were gone and then i bought more and supple of months they were gone too. Now i the ones i had they disappeared Again and i had them since Woohoo. i had about 100 or maybe more and now i have just 3. What can i do? this keeps happening to me a lot!
