F.B.I Workers Spamming

We get F.B.I workers spamming us daily, in pet form. Which means it's hard for us to kick them and it is really annoying. We have gotten a staff member to speak to their high ranks. But they continue to spam us. Please mute/ ban them. It would be greatly appreciated.
