I believe that it would be a good idea to incorporate the idea of preventing users to copyright a room, this would deter others from attempting to steal other peoples' designs.

Maybe adding furniture to the store that cannot be purchased in game.
Would like to see more room layouts, as it would increase creativity in the hotel.
Also I'd be interested to see how you'd implement the copyright idea.
and finally ability to be able to still remain logged-in during technical maintenance.
