Reason for the ban : no reason?? at all

Why the ban should be lifted? : it says 'The reason for your ban is: Reason' which makes no sense at all of why i was banned or done anything wrong to prevent this but if i have done something wrong then i deeply apologise for it and it wont happen again but also id like to know what it is for myself.
