Hey Kane,
I just want to tell you that I wanna be unbanned from fresh.

When I go to fresh-hotel.org it will say that

Your account has been terminated from our services.
The reason for your ban is: Broke our Policy one way or another
The ban is expected to expire on: 15 January 2026
You were banned by: Red

Please fix this. I really wanna play Fresh again. It has been 2 years since I haven't play because of this kind of problem please please please fix this.
