The hotel has ran into a massive database problem on the early morning of 15th of April (my birthday woo)
Our items table seems to have been corrupted in the process.
What happened was this to put it in some sort of understanding context.
Fresh Hotel is hosted on a windows server, and as all know windows updates is annoying as fuck and restarts our computers and forces updates.
That happened and it installed updates on our servers and restarted them forcefully.. which resulted in the hotel breaking into millions of pieces.
When hotel is being shutdown we need to run proper shutdown methods or nothing saves since it was turned on, windows forcing a shutdown and not following the correct procedures are the reason we're down for 48 hours and counting.
All we do now is wait for the repair query we ran to put our database back into production stages happens sooner rather than later.
Fixing 600M furnitures in inventories and rooms can take a while as you can assume........
I think hotel should be back within the next 12 hours max.
