When I had a PS3 I was able to play PS1 and PS2 games on it. When I bought a PS4 I was told it would still play PS3 games, but found out otherwise and I had already sold my PS3 system.
If you know anyway to get PS4 to play earlier versions, let me know?

@ niceface77 The ps4 may be able to stream PS3 games in the future and it will play some ps1 and ps2 downloaded from the psn store so it cant play them but not from disc.
To be fair only the first gen ps3's actually had backwards compatiblilty before it was dropped altogether with the introduction of the ps3 slim.

Jailbreaking your PS3 isn't as easy now as it's not on a lower version it use to be as simple as downloading a file on to a usb stick and transferring it on to your ps3 , now it requires for you to take it apart

Indeed, You must buy a E3 flasher and downgrade your system back to 3.55 OFW.. Then once you have done that you must install a CFW that you wish to have with your jailbreak.
