Hello my account name is flabbergasm and i havent been on fresh in a while but I realized I forgot my password. The thing is I used one of the 15 minute mail websites to register I think because i did the forggotten password on the website but I check all my emails and couldnt find it. Anyway I was a platnium Vip and i have the receipt number and i have the date of which i purchased it which was April 21 2014. I hope I get my account back and if you need the receipt no just email me at [email protected]

Oh wow I did the password reset and check all my emails and didnt get one so I assumed I just used one of the 15 minute mail sites when i just made a typo is there anyway i can get the account back? I can sohw you proof that i have access to [email protected] or send you the receipt number??

If you have access to the [email protected] account you should be able to use the "Forgot password" feature as soon as the hotel is back online.

I did do the request password, I checked all my emails [email protected] [email protected] and [email protected] and didnt get an email on any of them so I assumed I used a 15 minute mail thing, but as Kane said earlier the email used was [email protected] which was clearly a typo of [email protected], if there is any way I can prove I have access to those accounts I will, I just want access to my account again.

As i said before, when the hotel is ONLINE AGAIN you should be able to use the feature.

I did the forgotten password last night when it was up and checked every email I have and didn't get the email. It is because when I registered I made a typo in the email and put hotmial insted of hotmail and I just did the password again to see if it was changed or fixed and still didn't get the email.
