    Can't log on to the hotel/Password Reset

    Good evening.

    I was trying as hard as I could to find my own solution to this problem rather than wasting time posting it on here, but I can't get anything to work. So I was wondering if I could have a little help.

    I am trying to return to the hotel after over a years absence. However, when I try to log on, it won't do anything.

    I enter my username and my password, and press login. All that happens, is it empties the text boxes as shown, and nothing else.

    Granted, it's been over a year. But I don't see why this should affect it at all. I've looked my character up, and it doesn't say I've been banned. This was a VIP account. However, I'd just be happy to get back onto it at all.

    I have tried using various browsers, Chrome, Firefox and even Internet Explorer in a desperate attempt to rejoin the hotel. I have cleared my history, cookies, cache on all 3, and the same thing is continuing to happen.

    I'll attach a password reset appeal to the bottom of this post, as I see that's the other suggestion for something to try.

    Email address: [email protected] (I think this is the one that was used originally)
    Country of residence: Scotland/UK
    Approximate registration date: 15th of November 2013
    Last sign in date: 20th May 2014 (I believe)

    I haven't been on the hotel for over a year (As you can see below), and I've been trying to rejoin over the last couple of days. Every time I enter my username and password,it just takes me back to the empty log in screen. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I've cleared my history, cookies and cache on 3 different browsers and tried again. Still nothing. So I'm hoping a password reset will help me get back online without making another account.

    There are some inconsistencies in the account information you provided and the account information we have registered. Notably, the e-mail address is incorrect. To expedite the password reset process, update this thread with the correct e-mail address.

    Another e-mail address that I remember using at the time was; [email protected] .

    I have around 12 e-mail addresses that I have used for various things over the last couple of years; and I don't want to link them all for obvious reasons. I understand that you have to be strict so that you're not giving accounts to random people. However, It's looking unlikely that I'll be able to retrieve this account if this e-mail address is incorrect as it has been a year and a half, and I genuinely don't know what else to try. I'd rather not have to make a new account, but I may well have to.
