I have been a player of Fresh Hotel since year 2 (or somewhere near), and during a time before this summer my money and pixels were wiped to 80M. I have bought Emerald VIP and Ultra VIP, now those are old school but would be the equivalent to today's Gold VIP. I expect a reply and apology along with my upgrade and my replacement 700M (amount before) soon. The provided screenshot is my VIP badges alongside my achievement score.
