Regarding Diamond V.i.P. Badge AGAIN!

Well I posted a thread before a few days ago stating that I have the diamond vip rank, but have not yet received my badge in order to have access to the vip pages and all the other abilities. But of course, It was not dealt with, but hey I was patient so I went to nick and told him and he said he would talk to kane, but of course it was not dealt with, but hey I was patient so I talked to kylie in the shout box then we met in game and she tried to fix (Thanks for trying kylie Great STaff) but unfortunately did not work so she said she messaged kane about it and that When he ISN'T BUSY he would fix it. HEY I was patient so I waited waited waited then I saw kane was online so I went to him and not much luck as I think he was afk. Anyway the point is TheJacob (Fresh Hotel Manager and Forum Administrator) said it would take up to twenty-four hours for my order to be COMPLETED. Now I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I sure know it has been OVER 24 hours and my order isn't COMPLETED. So could ANYONE ANYONE JUST ANYONE tell me when this will be dealt with.

Many orders have been delayed due to unexpected complications from our primary and secondary payment processors -- Paypal and Stripe respectively. Setting up a reliable payment processor to process payments made from our shop has been our top priority since the unexpected complications arose.
