Why have you decided to do this exactly? (If I may to ask)

Its probably because a multitude of ex-staff unworthy of their position have banned users for unfair reasons and i'm a witness of that.
That's not to say fresh doesn't have good staff because i do acknowledge that the majority of fresh staff are lenient and follow rules. Because lets face it, no one likes a staff who bans without a good reason for it

And because a lot of people have probably complained about being banned unfairly, but now that this new policy is put in place i think how the rules are very perspicuous.
