There is sufficient evidence to show that it is a misunderstanding. And I don't see why is it that Spencer073's ban appeal is denied?

I did not scam sirmaarky in the first place. I think this is a misunderstanding. I reported a scammer. As the video is blur, I think TheJacob read some things wrong and banned me. In the video, Sirmaarky and I were betting.
Sirmaarky spinned the first dice. (The other 4 still open from previous bet with other people I think.) I asked him to close the other dice first. (Note that he already spinned the first dice). When I asked him to close the dice, he claimed that he did not know how to close the dice. So I asked him to continue. However, he re-spinned the first dice again. As I did not want to confuse us, I just went according to the new dice. In the end, I won, and sirmaarky ran off. By running off, this shows that we all took the new dice number. This meant that Sirmaarky is the scammer.
*Note that if he had not re-spin the dice, he would have won
I think TheJacob banned me just because I said "Continue" instead of "rerolling". However,it was Sirmaarky that chose to re-spin the dice again. So therefore, I don't think I deserve this ban as it was he who decided to respin the dice, and I did not tell him to. It was not my fault that he lost the bet.
Isn't it clear that Sirmaarky is the scammer, by running away after the bet. Why am I banned instead? [MENTION=2]Kane[/MENTION]

There's no misunderstanding. I thoroughly reviewed the video you submitted before I took action and the reason you were permanently IP banned is stated here. Furthermore, if you set gambling rules -- such as "then continue spinning" -- and the other user misunderstood them, then it's your job to provide the requisite explanation and stick to them regardless of what the other user does.

It's my recommendation that this petition be denied, however, [MENTION=2]Kane[/MENTION] has the final say as others have mentioned.

Sorry For Editing This Many Times, But Then If I am a boss in a casino, a penniless person come to bet in my table, and he wins shit, but he thought he lost so he ran away, so its my fault? He did not even have the THRONES to bet at the first place
