Reason for the ban : adv

Why the ban should be lifted? : this ban shoudl be lifted because i have not done adv what ever that means? some people have my account details as ive had this account for a long time but i never know how to change my password so i though i could just make a new account but it turns out i am banned i have 2/3 account on the IP
