Like @Chels said, Staff is worth buying and it is probably an amazing experience! Moderator is more expensive than VIP. The most VIP costs now is £20. Also, VIP is worth buying!

Kane keeps track of all staff. I was automatically given my moderator back without informing him when there was a rollback.

FYI, I will be perfectly honest here. IF YOU BUY STAFF, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF LOSING IT AROUND THE TIME YOU GET IT. YOU SEE, WHEN YOU BAN SOMEONE, THEY GET ALL LIKE ANGRY AT YOU (OBVIOUSLY) THEN THE PERSON YOU BANNED TELLS THEIR FRIENDS AND YOU BAN MORE PEOPLE AND PEOPLE SPREAD THE WORLD THAT YOU'RE BANNING UNFAIR AS THEY TRY TO COME UP WITH ANY EXCUSE TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT STAFF. THEN I THINK KANE MAY TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT PEOPLE DON'T THINK YOU'RE A GOOD STAFF MEMBER AND THEN YOU'RE FIRED.

When someone is banned, most of the time the staff member supplies a link of the evidence (proof) so if the banned user complains, any other staff member can easily take a look at the link supplied in the ban reason for the reason why the user has been banned. I tend to do this, as it is useful and avoids the whole situation if someone rages and reports you for abusing.

I agree with @Cattle, that user is trying to get attention and trying to prevent people buying from the Fresh store. I think this user is already causing spam and enough chaos in the hotel so I would just ignore the user. The point @KayDerp made was exactly right. When you're banned, it gives you a reason, your date until end of ban and the staff member who banned you. Staff don't just ban people on the spot. They have to take into consideration and see if their is any proof of this.

I, personally, think this thread is causing spam. I think the questions have been answered.

Ok before thread is close my last question can I still place bets in the casino if i'm staff as when I was mod on another hotel we weren't allowed too

Yes you can still gamble while mod.

Fresh store purchases can take up to 48 hours. @Kane or @Nick process orders. Mention that you've bought something and they'll check for payment usually. Once it's completed, they will fulfill the order.

Yes. I would mention to them that you have purchased something, but REMEMBER, you must not keep nagging! This will be counted as annoying and serious action may be taken. You can still bet in the casino as you see many staff are right this minute.
