[Suggestion] Values Rule

For the Record, This wasn't about GambIer, it was a suggestion.
My point is, We need room to breathe with this rule. I stick to the values as close as I can but I cannot assure that I can stick to the Values Dino by Dino and I'm sure that No one else can say that they have done this. GambIer was stupid, but he is an example I was using. I should be allowed to gamble my Blue Dragon for a Pink dragon, if both people Knowingly Agree to the bet and are aware that the value of the two dragons are different. It wouldn't just benefit me If I win, it will benefit them also if he wins as he might not own a pink dragon and may be aiming to complete a set.
