So basically, a few years ago ( around 3 ), I bought the event staff rank for 50$ AUD . I held that rank a few years. Then the different ranks came in like e-vip, r-vip and the evolution with ranks, then my event staff rank got demoted to a emerald vip rank for some reason.
Now what do I get? Jack sh** ( censoring for all the kids)
I'm not asking for much back. I just want my rank back.
I don't have proof, but if its possible, check transactions from this account.
