Reason for the ban : "Picking fights with multiple staff management."

Why the ban should be lifted? : Okay, I got banned for something stupid. I sent gifts to arunchahal (no inappropriate language etc). It wasn't 'multiple'... He used a reason that was solved (got banned for it...) 'Nudes'. I also told him that he shouldn't be treating users bad because they're in another agency.. I wanted to buy a rank at 'FBI'. Arunchahal was rude, banned without solving, and used inappropriate tone of language. I love fresh, I didn't scam, and I think this 'ban' was silly. I was apparently disturbing his room, yet they let me in. I stood up for FBI when trolls came in, I helped him and I was 'accused' of issues. I wasn't advertising, threatening, or anything. I was being friendly.

You were banned on the basis that you were within my room, and have been causing disruption, on a regular basis. Following so, I have warned you verbally, on numerous occasions to not continue to do so. With regards to your comment on purchasing a rank from me, you were not able to do so due to not conducting yourself appropriately on the hotel, nor does trying to purchase an 'FBI' related rank from me have any concern towards your ban. The reason for your ban was indeed "Picking fights with multiple staff management", and not advertising, threatening. You were in no way being friendly. From Cattle (Ali), another moderator, being of a witness to these events, we were deciding which category to categorize your actions. The fact that even when I room banned you, you began to send 'poo gifts', showed you had not realised the significance of our warning. Regardless of whether you have bought points or not, users are required to follow hotel rules, you're not an exception.

'Poo gifts,' It was HC. I was describing how I felt as a user, since you banned me? I couldn't add you. The ban wasn't in the right category. I wasn't disturbing your room, I was in your room. They let me in, due to trolls and I was being nice. I sent you gifts after that, then you summoned and banned me.. That's not alright. I was following rules also.. I'm allowed to express my opinions in a appropriate language. I did that, then you got mad. I wasn't looking for an arguement, I wanted to solve the issue. Cattle, she's rude to me? She looks at me bad for sending nudes. I said 'hi' to her. She didn't witness anything, I wasn't doing anything so, that's why I did my ban appeal? I might of said stuff to 'austinmoon10' but, all the users were, and he was picking on someone and I defended her? Did I advertise for NCIS? No, I didn't. Also banning me in a private room with a user (picking on me? It was private).

Making people empty their hands forcing them to lose everything - Permanent ban

Real-world trading - Permanent ban
Requesting nudes for furniture / cash - Permanent ban
Some forms of bug abuse - Permanent ban
Selling furniture for less than or more than the values page states (causing the economy to suffer) - 2 Weeks Ban & Inventory cleared

Apparently I was picking fights with 'multiple' and I didn't start a fight with him. Read my gifts.. I was stating my opinions in a calm order. He could of told me to stop in alert?

you honestly could've whispered or pm'd him. i don't think sending multiple gifts is appropriate lol. it's just annoying. you'd hate it too if it happened to you.

It also wasn't threats! I didn't say I would of reported you, I said i'm one step ahead of you because I was? I had a reason of you being 'rude' not threats! I wanted to tell you to be nice and solve the issue.

You were told to stop by myself, furthermore, according to your responce it is based upon the assumption that it is not justified to be banned for purchasing points from the store. I can assure you breaking the rules leads to a ban, regardless to buying points. You don't need to argue with us about it Naughty.
