Possibly misleading phrases in rules.fresh-hotel.org

I'd like to suggest to change the words used in some of the rules with this phrase "Do not _____" Eg. "Do not scam in staff events" instead of "Scamming in staff events" . Why I suggested this? Here's an example how it could mislead someone, the 4th rule in scamming, "Scamming in staff events Compliance Rewarded Close Event 2 Weeks Ban Permanent IP Ban" as it was explained at the top of the page that yellow means "Disobeying this rule leaves the choice up to the discretion of the Moderator" it could mislead someone to think that the rule "Scamming in staff events" is the right thing to do. Not only that but it could also mislead someone that if they comply with this rule which what it basically says to "scam" since it states "Scamming" without any hints that you shouldn't do it.

Um, just saying, I think we have the common sense to know that we shouldn't scam in staff events.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows scamming is a big NO anywhere, if they did take it as misleading i guess natural selection. but nice of you to try to help them out
