Why the ban should be lifted? : I think the reason you think I had offended Fresh rules was because Hola was turned on? I use that for Netflix. Otherwise, I honestly don't know why I was banned because I also recently bought a VIP. Sorry if my appeal doesn't sound sensible, but I genuinely don't know what else to put here besides the fact that I didn't mean to correspond with the rules.
